Tutorial
Deck
On the deck menu, you can do multiple things. You can view all the cards you have acquired and all their stats, you can upgrade your cards using money and copies of the cards and you can select the 5 cards you want to bring in combat. Upgrading cards will also upgrade your critical damage across all cards.
Shop
On the shop menu, you can buy copies of cards you already own to upgrade them or buy new cards you haven't unlocked yet. To buy the cards, you have to spend money you have collected from previous combats. Also, you can manage the chests you obtained in combat. These chests contain various cards which are free.
Waves
When you go in combat, you will face enemies wave after wave in order to gain money and chests. Each wave has a limited amount of enemies making your management of in-combat currency (Card points or CP) crucial. Whenever an enemy dies, a certain amount of CP is gained. Each wave has a total of 10 enemies, except for boss waves.
Board
On your board, there are 15 slots and you will want to fill these as fast as possible. Doing so without merging cards will cost 1200 CP but the card Sacrifice lets you merge it with an other one to gain CP or the Summoner card will produce another card when merged. The cards on your board will automatically attack and activate their unique abilities without any input.
Power Up
On the bottom of the board, the 5 cards of the player's deck are listed. There is a cost shown for each card which represents the cost to power up the selected card. Powering up a card group will make each card and future cards of that type on the board stronger. The effects gained are different for each card.
Merge
Merging cards allows the player to make the cards on the board attack faster while clearing space at the same time. To merge cards, the player drags a card onto an other card of the same type with the same star count. A new random card will be generated, deleting the previous 2 cards but with a star count increased by 1, up to a maximum of 7. A bigger star count makes the card attack faster.
Enemies
On each wave, the player will face different enemies. The 10 enemies consists of normal enemies (shown above) but on the mini-boss waves, a certain amount of speedy enemies appear depending on the wave number. On a boss wave, there is only 1 enemy, except for the Serpent boss which gradually spawns more enemies. Normal enemies remove 1 life from the player when reaching the end of the path but mini-bosses and bosses remove 2 lives.
Bosses
The player will face a boss (A stronger enemy with varying abilites) on waves 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, after which a boss will spawn every 2 waves. Also, on waves 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45, you will face a mini-boss (Similar to a boss but without abilites and less health), after which a mini-boss will spawn every 2 waves from wave 50.
